Now we have 6 sets of equipments, mainly producing aluminum-plastic composite tonnage bag and aluminum-plastic composite heavy bag, the daily output of tonnage bag can be up to 120,000 pieces, and the daily output of heavy bag can be up to 50,000 pieces.

XCGS New Energy tonnage bag is mainly used in woven outer bag and aluminum foil inner bag. The woven outer bag is made of thickened and reinforced PP woven cloth, the maximum load capacity is up to 2.5t, which can be used for both tonnage and forklift. Aluminum foil inner bag is made of aluminum foil composite or aluminized composite, which is made of three or four layers of materials to ensure wear-resistant and not damaged. Aluminum foil inner bag is matched with woven outer bag, which constitutes a load-bearing composite package with certain functions.
