ESD Aluminum Foil Bags for Semiconductor Chip Reels & Disks

Semiconductor reels and SMT disks are mainstream packaging for ICs, resistors, capacitors, sensors and diodes. With exposed pins and densely arranged bare chips, reel components are highly vulnerable to static breakdown, pin oxidation and dust contamination during transportation, easily causing latent defective products.

 

XCGS ESD Aluminum foil bags are professionally developed to solve long-distance transit damage of reel packaging. Compatible with 7-inch, 13-inch and 15-inch standard reels, the loose and flexible bag design avoids extrusion and abrasion during shipment. Built with pure aluminum shielding layer to form a complete Faraday cage, the bags effectively block electromagnetic interference and prevent component parameter drift. The vacuum moisture-proof structure isolates humid air and prevents oxidation. With excellent tensile and puncture resistance, the bags adapt to bulk shipment, cross-border logistics and repeated transit, maximizing component integrity and greatly reducing scrap and rework rates.
