ESD Aluminum Foil Bags for Mini/Micro LED Beads & Strips

Mini and Micro LED beads adopt micron-scale chip structures with fragile PN junctions susceptible to electrostatic breakdown. The fluorescent coating is prone to yellowing and light attenuation under moisture, requiring ultra-high-standard protection. After packaging, LED reels are vacuum-sealed in XCGS ESD aluminum foil bags with desiccants and humidity indicators for safe storage. The aluminum foil layer fully blocks UV rays, oxygen and moisture, while the multi-layer conductive composite structure forms a complete Faraday shield. It effectively avoids ESD damage during storage and transit and prevents fluorescent powder oxidation. Suitable for incoming storage and SMT turnover of panel and backlight manufacturers, it reduces moisture-induced baking costs and significantly improves product yield.
