ESD Aluminum Foil Bags for LCD/OLED Display Modules

LCD and OLED display modules for mobile phones, tablets and vehicles integrate TFT driver ICs, FPC flexible circuits and ITO conductive films. Their delicate circuits are vulnerable to oxidation and ESD short circuits, which easily cause line missing, screen flickering and black screen failure. After lamination and optical inspection, single or batch modules can be thermally sealed in XCGS thickened ESD aluminum foil bags. The high-barrier aluminum layer prevents circuit corrosion by isolating moisture, while the anti-static inner layer dissipates friction static and shields electromagnetic interference. Self-sealing bags are available for small and medium modules to facilitate production re-inspection. Custom wide-size organ-style bags with buffer lining suit large TV panels, adapting to land and sea transportation. They resist salt fog and temperature & humidity changes to stabilize screen optical and circuit performance, serving as standard packaging for BOE, CSOT, TCL and other leading panel manufacturers.
