ESD Aluminum Foil Bags for Precision Optical Lenses & CMOS/CCD Image Sensors

The pixel sensing areas and lens coatings of consumer camera lenses, vehicle imaging lenses, industrial vision lenses, CMOS sensors and infrared ranging modules are extremely sensitive to static electricity, dust and moisture. ESD causes permanent dead pixels on sensors, while electrostatic dust adsorption scratches optical coatings and damages imaging performance. After assembly and inspection, individual imaging modules are vacuum-sealed in our clean ESD flat aluminum foil bags. The structure isolates moisture to prevent lens fogging and coating oxidation. The full light-shielding aluminum layer avoids dark current deviation caused by long-term light exposure, ensuring accurate imaging. Adopting silicone-free and low-ion-precipitation materials, our bags cause no contamination to precision optical surfaces, ideal for semi-finished turnover and finished product delivery of vehicle imaging, machine vision and consumer camera manufacturers.


With five domestic bases covering the Yangtze River Delta vehicle optics cluster and the Pearl River Delta camera industry cluster, we deliver rapid local support. Our Vietnam factory serves export orders for foreign optical enterprises, and offices in the US and Singapore provide professional overseas brand docking and after-sales services.
