Defective display modules, waste Mini LED beads, faulty optical lenses and failed optical modules need classified transportation to repair and disassembly workshops. Ordinary PE bags have no electrostatic shielding capability. Static electricity generated by handling friction will cause secondary breakdown of intact chips and optical coatings, resulting in greater scrap loss.


Our reusable self-sealing ESD aluminum foil bags require no one-time heat sealing, facilitating classification, marking and re-inspection of defective products. The aluminum foil shielding layer isolates external electrostatic fields to avoid secondary damage during rework. The moisture-proof sealed structure prevents further oxidation of circuits and coatings during storage. Reserved writing areas allow marking of fault codes and batch information, standardizing material circulation in dust-free workshops and effectively reducing secondary scrap loss.
