Functional master-batches are essential auxiliary materials for modified plastics, including color master-batch, black master-batch, flame-retardant master-batch, anti-static master-batch, talc-filled master-batch, calcium carbonate master-batch, toughening and weather-resistant master-batch. They serve as core raw materials for plastic modification, color matching and functional upgrading. Most functional master-batches contain light-sensitive, moisture-absorbing and oxidizable additives. Ordinary woven bags easily lead to agglomeration, powder leakage and additive failure, causing uneven color, substandard flame resistance, poor filler dispersion and unstable performance in end plastic products.
