Modified nylon is a widely used premium engineering plastic, including general modified PA6, glass-filled PA66, flame-retardant nylon, toughened nylon, wear-resistant PA, high-temperature PPA and specialty PA46. Materials are used in automotive structural parts, power tools, electronic connectors, mechanical gears and precision injection molded components. Nylon is highly hydrophilic. Excess moisture causes severe molding defects including silver streaks, voids, water marks, cracking and sharp strength loss.

 

XCGS 25kg aluminum foil bags are developed to tackle nylon industry pain points. The high-barrier pure aluminum foil blocks moisture and oxygen long-term, controlling moisture content of PA6, PA66 and PPA pellets. Raw materials remain dry compliant even during long-term storage, high-temperature humid conditions and ocean transportation. The puncture-resistant composite layer handles rigid glass-filled and filled nylon pellets to prevent bag piercing and seal failure.

 

Standard sealed, vacuum moisture-proof and ESD anti-static versions are customizable for general modified nylon, electronic-grade precision nylon and high-temperature specialty nylon. The standardized 25kg filling format supports mass shipment, inventory turnover and cross-border trade for nylon compounders. It effectively reduces hydrolysis risks, high molding reject rates and inconsistent batch performance, serving as highly compatible standard packaging for modified nylon engineering plastics.
