Thermoplastic elastomer cover modified TPU, TPV, soft TPE, SEBS compounds, cable elastomer and sealing-purpose elastomer, widely adopted in automotive seals, pipes & profiles, electronic wires, consumer soft rubber goods and medical device components. Elastomer materials are both moisture-sensitive and photosensitive. When packed in ordinary packaging, pellets tend to yellow, soften due to moisture, causing bubbles, surface blemishes and elasticity loss in extruded products, greatly lowering injection and extrusion yield.

 

Our 25kg aluminum foil bags satisfy storage protection requirements of modified elastomer. The fully light-shielded pure aluminum foil prevents UV-induced aging and yellowing, and high-barrier layers block moisture ingress to avoid deterioration of TPU, TPV and TPE pellets, stabilizing elasticity, toughness and weather resistance. Custom ESD anti-static bulk bags are available for premium elastomer used in electronic cables and precision seals to prevent static dust accumulation and improve raw material cleanliness.

 

The standard 25kg format supports automatic filling on elastomer compounding lines. Flexible yet tear-resistant and abrasion-proof, the bag fits soft elastomer pellets well without deformation under stacking or breakage during transit. Suitable for year-round domestic warehousing, inter-regional logistics and ocean export, it mitigates common issues including batch color deviation, performance degradation and frequent processing defects, becoming mainstream protective packaging for modified elastomer.
