Application of Anti-Static Shielding Bags in PCB & PCBA Circuit Board Industry

Rigid bare PCBs, flexible FPCs, industrial control PCBA motherboards after SMT mounting, as well as mobile phone and computer mainboards integrate a large number of SMD chips and precision components inside. Static electricity tends to build up from friction between stacked boards and dragging on conveyor belts. Meanwhile, humid warehouse environments may cause corrosion and blackening of gold fingers. Ordinary simple anti-static PE bags can only dissipate surface static charges yet fail to block external electrostatic field intrusion, whose protection grade cannot meet the production requirements of mid-to-high-end circuit boards.
